Sandy Dean

Sandy Dean is one of ASAPC’s Family Resource Coordinators. She has a dual bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education K-8 and Special Education K-12, as well as a master’s degree in education with an emphasis on Curriculum and Assessment. Sandy came to ASAPC with over 26 years of teaching experience in Developmental Preschool, Title I Reading, Special Education Resource K-8, Significant Needs High School, and Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.   

 “Every child is gifted. They just unwrap their packages at different times”, author unknown. This is one of Sandy’s favorite quotes. Sandy is inspired everyday by “experiencing the achievements of the little ones and supporting their families”.

When Sandy is not working her loves to spend time with her husband of 43 years. They have two wonderful children, six adorable grandchildren, and a fur baby named Obi.
